Booking Page Customization

Brand your booking experience

Customize your booking page to match your brand and business model. Choose your theme colors and fonts, pick between the Classic and Checkout booking-flow designs, define your service area, and configure related booking behaviors. A well-branded page that matches your website, trucks, and uniforms builds trust and improves conversions.

Requirements

  • Admin access to your organization
  • Brand colors (hex codes optional but helpful)

About Your Logo

  • Your logo is pulled automatically from your PestBooker organization profile - there is no separate upload on this page
  • To change your logo, update it in your organization settings; it will then appear on your booking page header automatically

Set Your Theme Colors and Fonts

  • Go to Dashboard → Settings → Booker and find the Theme section
  • Set primary, secondary, accent, background, surface, and text colors using the color picker or hex codes
  • Choose heading, body, and subheading fonts
  • Match your website, truck wraps, and uniforms for a consistent brand feel
  • Use contrasting colors for primary action buttons so they stand out
  • Preview changes in real-time

Choose Your Booker Design

  • Pick between the Classic and Checkout booking-flow designs in the Booker Design section
  • Checkout theme unlocks additional options: requiring a signed contract before the first appointment is held, and prompts for contact-on-address or referral-on-confirmation
  • Changing designs affects the customer flow, not your pricing or Field Routes mapping

Define Your Service Area

  • Configure which ZIP codes you serve so out-of-area visitors see an appropriate message instead of an empty booking flow
  • Pro+ accounts get a map-based editor for drawing/adjusting the service area
  • Enterprise accounts manage service area per office instead - see "Enterprise & Multi-Office Setup"
  • Customize the message shown to visitors outside your service area

Edit Service Descriptions

  • Service names, descriptions, and pricing are edited on Dashboard → Services, not on this page - see "Configuring Services & Pricing"

Pro Tips

  • Preview your booking page before sharing it widely
  • Test the booking flow on mobile devices — 60%+ of bookings come from phones
  • Your custom URL: getpestcontrol.services/yourcompany
  • Review your page quarterly to refresh branding, adjust pricing, and update pest offerings for the season
  • If you switch to the Checkout theme, revisit its extra options (signed contract, contact-on-address) since they only appear for that design
