Booking Page Customization

Brand your booking experience

Customize your booking page to match your brand. Upload your logo, choose colors, add custom text, and make it feel like a natural extension of your business.

Requirements

  • Admin access to your organization
  • Logo file (PNG or SVG, max 2MB)
  • Brand colors (hex codes optional but helpful)

Upload Your Logo

  • Go to Dashboard → Settings → Booker
  • Scroll to the 'Branding' section
  • Click 'Upload Logo'
  • Choose a PNG or SVG file (transparent background recommended)
  • Logo will appear in the header of your booking page

Set Your Brand Colors

  • Choose your primary color (buttons, accents)
  • Choose your secondary color (optional)
  • Use the color picker or enter hex codes
  • Preview changes in real-time

Customize Text Content

  • Edit the welcome message on your booking page
  • Add custom footer text
  • Edit service descriptions
  • Add any special instructions or disclaimers

Configure Booking Settings

  • Set minimum advance booking time (e.g., 2 hours)
  • Set maximum booking window (e.g., 90 days out)
  • Configure buffer time between appointments
  • Set business hours and holidays
