1. Who These Terms Apply To

These User Terms are an agreement between PestBooker, LLC (“PestBooker”, “we”, “us”) and you, as an individual who accesses a PestBooker dashboard under a company’s account (a “User”). The company (the “Company”) is bound separately by the PestBooker Terms of Service, published at pestbooker.com/terms. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in those Terms.

You accept these User Terms for yourself, once, and they apply to every Company account you access, including accounts you are added to later. Accepting them does not accept the Terms of Service on behalf of any Company.

2. Authority

If you accept the Terms of Service on behalf of a Company, you represent that you are authorized to bind it. If you are not, you are personally bound by those Terms to the extent permitted by law.

3. Using the Service

Use the service only for Company accounts you are authorized to access, and only for that Company’s business.
Follow Section 8 (Acceptable Use) of the Terms of Service.
Keep your own login credentials private. Do not share them or let anyone else use your account.
Tell the Company or us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

4. Protecting Information

You will see Customer Data — information about the Company’s customers — and non-public information about PestBooker. Use it only to do your work for the Company, do not disclose it to anyone who is not entitled to it, and protect it with reasonable care. This continues after your access ends.

5. What You Are Not Responsible For

Except as stated in Section 2, these User Terms do not make you personally responsible for the Company’s fees, payments, indemnities, or other obligations under the Terms of Service. Those belong to the Company.

6. Suspension

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these User Terms, or if the Company asks us to. The Company may also remove your access at any time.

7. Changes

We may update these User Terms. We will give notice of material changes through the service, by email, or both, and ask you to review and accept the new version. A new version is recorded as accepted when you accept it. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.

8. Governing Law

These User Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles, and disputes about them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
