Getting Started with PestBooker

Follow this 5-step guide to set up your online booking system in about 10 minutes. No technical skills required.

Create Your Account & Organization

Sign up with your email and create your organization. This takes about 30 seconds.

Click 'Get Started' and enter your email
Verify your email address
Create your organization (your company name)
Add your company logo (optional but recommended)

Add Your Services & Pricing

Set up the pest control services you offer with custom pricing and durations.

Go to Dashboard → Services
Click 'Add Service' for each treatment you offer
Set duration, price, and description
Add pest types (ants, roaches, rodents, etc.)
Set availability windows for bookings

Customize Your Booking Page

Brand your booking page with your logo, colors, and custom content.

Go to Dashboard → Settings
Upload your logo and choose brand colors
Add custom welcome text
Set your business hours and buffer times
Preview your booking page at getpestcontrol.services/yourcompany

Connect Field Routes

Sync bookings automatically to Field Routes for scheduling and dispatch.

Go to Dashboard → Settings → Integration
Enter your Field Routes API credentials (token, key, and subdomain)
Select your Source ID so bookings are attributed correctly
Test the connection with a sample booking
New bookings will sync to Field Routes automatically

Share Your Link & Go Live

Add your booking page to your website, Google Business, and start accepting bookings 24/7.

Copy your booking page URL: getpestcontrol.services/yourcompany
Add the link to your website header/footer
Update your Google Business Profile
Share on social media (Facebook, Instagram)
Add to your email signature
You're live! Bookings will appear in your dashboard instantly
