Field Routes Integration

Sync bookings automatically to Field Routes

Connect PestBooker to Field Routes to automatically sync new bookings, customer data, and service details. Bookings appear in Field Routes instantly for scheduling and dispatch.

Requirements

  • Active Field Routes subscription
  • Field Routes API access (contact Field Routes support if needed)
  • Admin access to your PestBooker organization

Get Your Field Routes API Credentials

  • Log in to your Field Routes admin dashboard
  • Navigate to Settings → API Access
  • Generate a new API key if you don't have one
  • Copy your API Key and Company ID

Connect in PestBooker

  • Go to Dashboard → Settings → Integrations
  • Click 'Connect Field Routes'
  • Paste your API Key and Company ID
  • Click 'Test Connection' to verify
  • Enable auto-sync toggle

Configure Sync Settings

  • Choose which booking statuses sync to Field Routes
  • Map your PestBooker services to Field Routes service types
  • Set customer creation rules (create new vs. match existing)
  • Test with a sample booking
