1. What This List Is

A subprocessor is a third party PestBooker engages to process personal data on behalf of our customers in order to deliver the PestBooker platform. This page is the list referenced in our Data Processing Addendum. Every subprocessor is bound by written data protection obligations no less protective, in substance, than those we owe our customers, and all customer data is hosted in the United States.

2. Current Subprocessors

Vercel, Inc. — Application hosting, edge network, and key-value data store. United States.
Neon, Inc. — Managed PostgreSQL database hosting. United States.
Clerk, Inc. — Authentication and user and organization management. United States.
Stripe, Inc. — Subscription billing, technician payout and tip processing, connected accounts. United States.
Twilio Inc. — SMS delivery and inbound message handling. United States.
Resend, Inc. — Transactional email delivery. United States.
Anthropic, PBC — AI model services for chatbot and assistant features. United States.
Google LLC — Maps and Places services; Reserve with Google listing feeds when enabled. United States.
Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry) — Application error monitoring. United States.

3. Systems That Are Not Subprocessors

Your own CRM and dispatch system (such as FieldRoutes), your merchant provider (such as Payrix), and any listing or booking channel you connect are your vendors, not PestBooker subprocessors. PestBooker accesses them on your behalf using credentials you supply, under their terms and yours.

4. Changes to This List

We will update this page and email your account administrator at least 14 days before a new or replacement subprocessor begins processing customer data. If you reasonably object on data protection grounds, the process in section 6.3 of our Data Processing Addendum applies.
