3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business.

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required for the trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will not automatically begin unless you actively subscribe.

4.2 Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

4.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription fees with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• PestBooker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months

10. Termination
