Enterprise & Multi-Office Setup
Manage multiple offices, service areas, and Field Routes accounts from one account
Enterprise plans let a company with multiple physical branches manage them as one PestBooker account. You can import offices from one or more Field Routes accounts, define each office's service area by ZIP code, override pricing and branding per office, and monitor unmet demand outside your current coverage. Everything here lives under Dashboard → Enterprise, which is only available on the Enterprise plan.
Requirements
- Enterprise subscription tier
- Admin role
- Field Routes credentials for each account you want to import offices from
1
Connect a Field Routes account and import offices
- Go to Dashboard → Enterprise → Connect
- Load offices from your organization's existing Field Routes credentials, or connect an additional Field Routes account (subdomain, auth token/key, and optional payment credentials)
- PestBooker pulls the list of offices from that account so you can choose which ones to import
- When connecting a new account, set a default Source ID (required) and, optionally, a default sales employee for attribution - the same concepts used in the standard Field Routes setup
- Newly imported offices start Inactive until they have a service area configured
2
Configure each office
- Go to Dashboard → Enterprise → Offices and open an office to configure it
- Set its service area: the ZIP codes that route customers to this office (an office cannot go Active without at least one ZIP)
- Set contact info: email, phone, and address
- Optionally override services & pricing for this office, or leave them inherited from your global plans - see "Configuring Services & Pricing"
- Optionally set a booker theme override and a dedicated embed snippet so this office's booking page can look different from your default branding
- Set the office's online-booking salesperson and, if needed, restrict which route groups it uses
- Toggle the office Active once its service area is configured
3
Monitor coverage gaps
- Go to Dashboard → Leads → Coverage Gaps — this one is NOT Enterprise-only; every plan gets it, and single-office companies see the ZIPs that fell outside their service area
- This tracks ZIP codes where real visitors tried to book but no active office currently serves them — a signal of unmet demand
- Filter by all-time, last 30 days, or last 7 days to see recent trends
- PestBooker suggests a likely office to expand into that ZIP based on proximity and any existing customers already there
- From here you can add the ZIP to an office's service area directly, or snooze a gap for 14 days if it is not worth acting on yet
Pro Tips
- • An office cannot go Active until it has a service area and, if you require it, a mapped PestRoutes Service ID on its plans.
- • You can bring in offices from more than one separate Field Routes account under a single PestBooker organization.
- • Coverage Gaps is a good place to check periodically if you are considering expanding your service area. It is under Leads, and available on every plan. The counts are booking attempts, not lead records — a ZIP is counted at the address step, before any contact details are entered.
- • SMS numbers, and some settings shown elsewhere as "configured per office," are managed here rather than on the standard Settings pages - see "SMS Number."
