Add team members and set permissions

Invite your team to PestBooker with role-based permissions. Admins control everything, managers handle scheduling, and technicians see their own appointments.

Requirements

  • Admin access to invite team members
  • Team member email addresses

Invite Team Members

  • Go to Dashboard → Team
  • Click 'Invite Member'
  • Enter their email address
  • Choose their role (see roles below)
  • They'll receive an email invitation

Understanding Roles

  • Admin - Full access: settings, billing, team management, all bookings
  • Manager - View/edit bookings, services, team schedules (no billing)
  • Member - View only their assigned bookings and schedule

Assign Technicians to Services

  • Go to Dashboard → Services
  • Edit a service
  • Select which team members can perform this service
  • Customers will only see available times for assigned technicians

Set Individual Availability

  • Each team member can set their own availability
  • Go to Team → Select member → Edit Schedule
  • Set working hours, days off, breaks
  • Availability syncs with booking calendar automatically

Pro Tips

  • Start with 1-2 admins for your organization
  • Add technicians as members so they see only their schedule
  • Team members can update their availability from their dashboard
