Magic Link Analytics
Track lead engagement and conversion
Magic Link Analytics helps you track and convert leads who start booking but don't complete the process. When someone shows interest, you can send them a personalized magic link to return to their booking. Track engagement, measure conversion rates, and identify high-intent prospects.
Requirements
- Pro plan subscription
- Admin access to analytics dashboard
- At least one abandoned cart lead captured

View Magic Link Metrics
- Go to Dashboard → Analytics
- Click on the 'Magic Links' tab
- View key metrics: links sent, click-through rate, conversions
- See engagement funnel from lead creation to booking completion
- Track average time to first click and multiple-click patterns

Send Magic Links to Leads
- Navigate to Dashboard → Leads
- Find leads with abandoned carts (started but didn't complete)
- Click 'Send Magic Link' next to a lead's name
- System sends personalized email with unique booking link
- Link expires after 30 days for security

Track Engagement Patterns
- Monitor which leads clicked their magic link
- See access count (single, double, 3+ clicks)
- Identify high-intent leads (3+ clicks = strong interest)
- View time between link sent and first click
- Track conversion from click to completed booking

Analyze Conversion Data
- View daily stats showing sent, clicked, and converted metrics
- Filter analytics by date range (last 7/30/90 days)
- Export engagement data for external analysis
- Compare conversion rates across different time periods
- Use insights to optimize follow-up timing

- • High-intent leads (3+ clicks) have higher conversion rates - prioritize follow-up
- • Average time to first click helps determine optimal reminder timing
- • Send magic links within 24 hours of abandoned cart for best results
